I) News
1) Activations
To get the latest news about it, check out the forum post here (it is updated regularly!).
2) iOS
The mouse and keyboard support has been deployed to the iOS Beta (testflight) and Shadow is hoping to push this in the official version in the coming weeks (but it will depends on the community feedbacks).
3) The CM team !
It has expanded and, among others, Greta has joined the UK CM team and will be sticking around discord, Reddit, and the forum too! Please, be nice and give her a nice greeting, as she is still an innocent and naive soul :D!
4) The forum
The forum is the best way for you to both get help from the shadow Community Team shadow and also help it in return. You’ll also find there detailed informations about Shadow, earn rewards and it will be improved over time (ex: the bug report section that is coming soon !). And last, but not least, the forum is the place to be to get the latest updates about Shadow as they will be displayed there as soon as it is available !
5) Shadow Ghost (Europe)
Shadow has started shipping them since last week and will continue to do so until every pre-order is fulfilled!
6) Shadow setup video
A new video is being made which will display the best community Shadow setups. If you want yours to be featured in it, please send an email to doesshadowrunon@shadow.tech!
7) Valorant
If you want to let RIOT know that you reaaaallllllyyyyyyy want Valorant to be compatible with Shadow (and any other Cloud based platforms), you can use : #FreeValorantShadow on Twitter !
Like so many gamers around the world, we’re excited for the official release of Valorant!
Due to Riot Games’ anti-cheat system, Vanguard, it is currently not possible to play on virtual machines, like Shadow. We are currently looking into potential solutions so all of you at #TeamShadow can get in some sweet competitive MP action.

Q: When will the US and European extra storage be back in stock?
A: So far we don’t have any visibility on when it will be made available again.
Q: Will there be new data centers being opened in the nearest future?
A: So far we don’t have any specifics about opening new data centers.
Q: When will Shadow Ghost be made available?
A: We don’t have any timeline to share yet as manufacturing it proves to be very difficult with the current COVID-19 situation!
Q: Can I downgrade my Shadow from the Infinite offer to the Boost offer?
A: Yes, you should be able to do that through your customer account page. If not, you will have to contact the support team!
Q: Will it be possible in the future to leave our Shadow running for a long time? For video rendering for example?
A: No, not anytime soon.
